Banana peels are rich in potassium and magnesium and both of these are very good for our teeth. We just have to take a small peel of banana and rub it on our teeth for three minutes in a day. Nutrients that are essential for plants are in the banana peel as they decompose, banana peels add potassium as well as a little amount of nitrogen and magnesium that helps in the fertilization of plants as a slow-release fertilizer. We can either cut up a piece of peel and put it in the soil or put the whole peel inside the soil.
