Remo D’Souza suffers heart attack, currently in ICU

Director of the first dance movie in India, Choreographer and Director Remo D’Souza suffered a heart attack today. He was immediately rushed to the Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai.

Choreographer, Director, producer and writer Ahmed Khan confirmed the news and told that Remo’s wife Lizelle is there with him. According to the sources, Remo D’Souza has undergone an angiography and is shifted to Intensive Care Unit of the hospital. His wife has asked everyone to pray for the choreographer as the next 24 hours are said to be critical.
 
Remo D’Souza made his debut as a choreographer in 1995 with Bollywood Dreams. He has worked on films like Chameli, Dhoom, 36 China Town, Rock On!! etc. and created a place for himself. He became a household name while being judge for a dance reality show Dance India Dance.
 
His first directorial venture, F.A.L.T.U., was a 2011 box office success. After that he has released dance movies ABCD & ABCD 2. He has also directed Race 3, Street Dancer 3D and Flying Jatt.
 
Currently, he is a judge on dancing reality show Dance Plus.
