A workout should be an essential part of everyone's life, be it for small kids or elder people, it is equally important for one and all. The workout which we do and what type of food we eat defines our fitness, and currently, if we look at the lifestyle we follow, fitness should be our priority.

But just doing the workout isn't helpful, we need to take care of the kind of food we eat before and after a workout because if we eat heavy food which contains a lot of fats, then doing workout is of no use. That is why it is equally important to decide pre-workout and post-workout nutrition which we should have.
Post-workout nutrition purpose is to supply our body with everything our body needs to repair, recover, and adapt to the training stimulus that the workout provided.

Good hydration means getting good amounts of water before, during, and after the workout. During a workout, the body loses a lot of water through sweating and breathing. Therefore, rehydration is very important as it helps to transport nutrients to keep us healthy and give us energy. It is crucial for the body's health recovery and future performance.
