Hence self-defence is very important. It is the use of force to protect yourself against someone who is attacking. It is all about using your head, not just your fists. Every woman should be strong enough to handle any worst situation.

Many people say that girls should not go out at night or they should not wear short clothes or they should not talk to boys, and many more. But! Have you asked yourself one question that, WHY ONLY GIRLS HAVE RESTRICTIONS? As we have some restrictions for girls it should be the same for boys too. We should teach each and every boy from the beginning to respect a woman. We should make them realise the value of a woman by telling them that a woman only gives birth to a child so that they have courtesy towards every woman out there.

There are many women’s who have to go alone for their work, some have night shifts as well. So what will a woman do in that situation? Hence we should make every woman capable and strong from the beginning so that they are prepared to face any situations in their life. It is the duty of every parent to prepare their child for any difficult circumstances. Here some of the great ladies in India who are an inspiration of many girls out there -
