This one is my personal favorite, and how you make it is incredibly easy and leaves you feeling fulfilled. This is one of the most popular fall classics. What you will need to make this latte is a cup of milk, 2-3 tablespoons pumpkin puree, ½ table spoon powdered cinnamon but you can add more or less according to taste, ½ table spoon of powdered ginger, cloves and nutmeg each, 1 tea spoon of vanilla, ½ cup of brewed up coffee, you can add more if you like. You can also add some whipped cream for topping it off.

Preparation –

take a small saucepan or a pot and add to it your pumpkin, the spices, the vanilla and the coffee. Heat it on a medium flame and whisk it until the pumpkin and the other ingredients have smoothly liquefied into the pot, leaving no lumps. Heat the milk separately until warm, and whisk it till it forms foam. You could even use a milk frothing machine to make things easier. Now, pour your pumpkin coffee into a mug, and the milk on top of it. Top this off with whipped cream. Your delicious homemade pumpkin spice latte is ready!

These are another fall classic and a heaven for cinnamon lovers. Keep reading if you want to know how to make these scrumptious chewy cookies. What you will need to make these is 2 cups of flour, 2 tea spoons cream of tartar which is easily available online (you can also replace the tartar with 4 tea spoons of lemon juice), 1 tea spoon of baking soda, 2 tea spoons cinnamon, 1 ½ cups of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 cup softened butter, and a pinch of salt. For the coating, take ½ cup of sugar and 1 table spoon of cinnamon.

Preparation –

Firstly, preheat the oven 400 degrees F. Then, mix your flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and keep it aside. Next, in a mixture, combine your eggs, butter and sugar. And to this, add the flour mix you kept aside. Split this dough into pieces and make them into balls. Make a mixture of the sugar and cinnamon you made for coating. Then, dip these balls into this mixture and make sure you coat them from all sides. Place these on a cookie sheet, 2 inches apart and bake for 8 minutes. Enjoy warm, or top it up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
