World mental health day is declared on 10th October every year , with the objective of uplifting mental health issues around the world and deploying efforts in support of mental health .The day provides an opportunity for all the contributors working on mental health subjects to talk about their work , and what more needs to be done to make mental health care a reality for people.
 
This year World Mental Health Day comes when our daily lives have changed completely due to Covid-19 pandemic. Due to this pandemic many lost their lives , many people are still infected and the whole world is still at high risk . As a result many people are mentally affected , because some many have lost their family members, some people may be sacred , some may be frustrated , some people may be irritated as they had to stay at home for such a long time or may have lost their jobs.
 
Mental health affects the way we think , act , speak , making it serious in all stages of our life .So today we are going to share some myths on mental health issues:-

Mental health issues are serious .They are crucial in all stages of life . For us to realise our full capability , achieve our future targets and goals and live our life to the fullest we need to have a healthy mental health state.
