Recently 66th National Film Awards ceremony held at Vigyan Bhavan, Delhi. It was a celebration of the best Films, Actors, Music and much more. India’s favorite Viki Kaushal won the best actor’s National Award for film Uri: The Surgical Strike, and all India is super happy with this decision. Viki Kaushal deserves this award more than anyone else. Why?

When I saw Uri for the first time, I couldn’t stop feeling my goosebumps, I couldn’t stop crying and I couldn’t stop feeling proud. All because of the amazing acting, that is done by Viki. While in India more questions like why to sing the National Anthem at Movie theaters are rising day by day, this movie gave a chance to all the people to stand together proudly.

Viki Kaushal stole our heart from the day we have seen him in Massan. After that Love per square foot, lust stories, Ghee chhe to ghapaghap chhe sorry I meant Sanju and how can we forget about Raazi? Viki Kaushal always gave us the reason to love him more. With Manmarziyan he showed another side of him and it was loved by all. Viki Kaushal won the best debut award for Massan and from then we saw how much he has evolved as an actor and as an artist.

And when it comes to Uri every Indian out there felt every emotion in that film, be it happiness, be it sorrow, be it proud, be it fear be it anger, everything. There are some Heroes in Bollywood, or let’s just say we call them heroes, The three Khan’s, Or a stereotypical Bollywood lead actor, Viky Kaushal broke that stereotype. And this is the major reason that he won the hearts of many, and now won the National Award.

Take a bow, dear Vicky. You deserved it. :) Many more national awards to go...
