HOP is the short form for House of Pastry and it indeed keeps up to its name. HOP is one of the many elite cafés in Ahmedabad. Located inside the 5-star hotel DoubleTree by Hilton, the café’s vibe and décor is something to die for. The staff is courteous and well-trained and the service is pretty fast as well.

 Apart from having an exquisite menu, they have a live display of all the scrumptious desserts in the world, from flavoured macaroons to colourful cupcakes, from hot brownies to crunchy cookies, you name it and they have it right in front of you. One cannot absolutely resist going there and not having their mouth-watering desserts. And the best part about it is that the price of the desserts is minimal.


 
The food menu consists of varieties of sandwiches, burgers, fries and pastas. The Alfredo Pasta served there is one the best pastas available in the city. Their must-have items include the Grilled Veg Parmesan Panini Sandwich, the German Sour Chicken Teriyaki Burger, the Frankfurter Veg Cheese Burst Hotdog, the Chimichurri Nachos, the Pomodoro Pasta and the Compressed Watermelon Salad. They also have a separate beverage menu comprising of various sorts of hot brews like Americano and Espresso, Cold Brews like Iced Latte and Mocha, Chillers, Mocktails and Iced Teas.
 The pricing of the main course and beverages is a bit high according to the quantity served but since the café is located inside a 5-star hotel and the taste is absolutely delicious, it justifies it.
